About The Position

As a Banquet server, you're responsible for ensuring banquet guests have a flawless dining experience here at the hotel.

Requirements

• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Working as a team to provide great service to guests during the meal
• Serving plated meals or monitoring buffet meals to ensure fresh food is replenished and any used plates removed
• Setting up water pitchers or other table settings prior to the meal
• Lifting and carrying trays with 8-10 meals and serving them to guests
• Cleaning up during and after the meal
• Doing side work, such as rolling silverware and napkins, or cleaning
• Other work duties as assigned
