history and heritage of the music industry in the Shoals area. For many years
the Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa Shoals has been the premier hotel in the
entire region, offering luxury, modern amenities, and spectacular dining options
to our guests. We are seeking a dynamic, quality-focused Banquet Server to join
our banquets team.

Responsibilities

• Serve wine, draught or bottled beer, and other beverages responsibly, checking customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
• Prioritize exceptional customer service, focusing on guest satisfaction and ensuring a pleasant and memorable visit.
• Observe and comply with all requirements, training, and restrictions set forth by the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) board to ensure strict adherence to alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by wiping all surfaces nightly and cleaning the floors regularly.
