Responsible for serving meals and beverages to patrons in a prompt, correct and courteous fashion. This role involves demonstrating sanitary food handling and equipment safety, properly storing and labeling food items, and maintaining sanitation standards based on County, State, and Federal regulations. The position requires maintaining a clean and neat work area, setting up banquet areas, and helping to set tables and prepare the room for guests. A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional customer service by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times, fostering a fun environment, and being gracious to all guests and co-workers. The role also involves promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events, enthusiastically supporting and actively promoting superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. It ensures that behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards and maintains a professional work environment with management and staff. Note that this position will not involve any function involving casino gambling by patrons.
