About The Position

What we are looking for Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team
that provides great experiences for our Guests! The Banquet server is
responsible for efficiently setting up all the needed items in banquet rooms,
serves meals and drinks to guests, and ensures everything runs smoothly during
the event. They may greet guests, carry trays, refill beverages, and clear
tables. After the event, they help clean up and reset space.

Requirements

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Customer service and communication
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly in a team
• Physical stamina (standing, lifting trays)
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
• Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!
