About The Position

This role is responsible for creating and ensuring a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount. The Banquet Server must adhere to Blue Chip Policies and Procedures at all times, serving all guests according to established standards of quality. They will complete all set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion according to the Banquet Event Order and adhere to food and beverage policies, procedures, and state liquor laws. The server will relay guest compliments/complaints to the appropriate supervisor, observe diners, respond to additional requests, and determine when a meal is completed. A courteous, friendly, congenial, polite, professional, and efficient attitude is expected, along with promoting positive public/employee relations at all times. The role also requires maintaining a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment and performing all other related and compatible duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Requirements
