Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival. Follow established service sequence for consistent food & beverage guest experiences according to the BEO. Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Work with a spirit of teamwork. Communicate needs and ideas to management. Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to bus tub, tray or dish room Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment Ability to effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels Follows all safety and sanitation policies. Properly check all guests’ identification to ensure legal age compliance. Perform side work as needed. Keep server station clean and organized. What You Bring: Minimum 2 year’s experience servicing events in a fast-paced restaurant or event’s space preferred.
