Snowmass Club is seeking a Banquet Server who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering attentive, polished service. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet events while ensuring every member and guest receives exceptional hospitality. Your attention to detail, knowledge of food and beverage service, and ability to anticipate guest needs will help create seamless and enjoyable event experiences. Requirements

  • Previous banquet or restaurant service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Frequent standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to carry trays and lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes hot and noisy environment
  • Follow all state and local laws and Club policies regarding alcohol service
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements
  • Understand and perform required roles during emergency situations

Responsibilities

  • Assist with banquet setup according to event specifications
  • Greet members and guests promptly and provide attentive service throughout the event
  • Take beverage orders and serve food in assigned areas
  • Pour and refill wine, water, coffee, and other beverages during and after service
  • Clear soiled dishes and maintain cleanliness throughout the event
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • Ensure accurate and timely service of all food and beverages
  • Follow all food safety standards and service guidelines
  • Assist with closing duties and resetting rooms for upcoming events
  • Clean assigned kitchen and banquet areas after service
  • Ensure all service standards and timelines are met
  • Follow all state and local laws and Club policies regarding alcohol service
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements
  • Understand and perform required roles during emergency situations
  • Communicate any member or guest concerns to management promptly
  • Attend pre-shift lineups, staff meetings, and training sessions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support Club operations
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment
  • Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere during all events
