About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in banquet serving, catering, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the event
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Clear tables and assist with cleanup after events, maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
