About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Server for The Belgrove, a new 4-Diamond resort property in West Palm Beach. The Belgrove features 150 elegantly designed rooms and villas, multiple exquisite restaurants, a world-class spa, and a stunning golf course. Requirements

2-4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service
Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service
Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Serve guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
Prepare specified areas for food and beverage service according to company standards, including guest rooms, conference rooms, buffets, and dining rooms, within an agreed-upon timeframe.
Maintain general knowledge of the menu, wine list, and all hotel facilities/services to respond to guest inquiries appropriately.
Provide the absolute highest quality of food, beverage, atmosphere, and service.
Quickly address, resolve, and report any complaints or negative situations to ensure guests leave with a positive experience and return again.
Complete side work promptly and in accordance with standards.
Promote and maintain strong lines of communication and teamwork between the dining room and kitchen, and all other departments as they interact with Food and Beverage.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance in accordance with dress code standards.
Assist other associates with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests.
Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.
Perform all job functions, special projects, and tasks as assigned.
