About The Position
We're looking for a motivated and professional Banquet Server to join our Food and Beverage team. You'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences at catered events, including weddings and corporate functions. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18+ to comply with state alcohol service regulations.
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of meal service and beverage control laws (ABC laws).
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
Responsibilities
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Prepare and restore event spaces by arranging and removing tables, chairs, and decorations according to event plans.
- Guest Service: Deliver food and beverages efficiently, respond to guest inquiries and special requests, and clear tables to ensure a clean dining area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure a seamless and positive event experience.
