About The Position

As a Banquet Server with Superhost Hospitality at the Embassy Suites Naperville, you play a pivotal role in creating memorable events for our guests. Your responsibilities include setting up banquet venues according to event specifications, serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail, collaborating with catering and kitchen staff to ensure seamless event execution, providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs during events, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization in banquet spaces. In your initial phase, you will undergo comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with our hotel's banquet service standards and procedures. Working closely with the banquet and event teams, you'll gain hands-on experience in providing exceptional service during a variety of events.
