About The Position
St. Clair Country Club is seeking energetic, reliable, and service-oriented Banquet Servers to assist with events, private parties, and weddings. The Club is committed to providing excellent food service and amenities to its members and operates year-round.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team oriented and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Sets up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Provides attentive food and beverage service during events
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of event spaces
- Delivers friendly, professional service to all members and guests
- Assists in closing functions by performing various tasks such as removing linens, busing tables
- Operates within all guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints as established by the Club
