About The Position

The role involves serving plated and buffet functions at hotels, conference centers, and catered events. Responsibilities include setup, service, clearing, and breakdown, working under a Banquet Captain and a designated Event Lead on every shift. This position is part of expanding operations in the Charlotte market, covering uptown hotels, the convention district, University City, and various clubs and venues.

Requirements

• 6 or more months of banquet, restaurant or catering service experience, or hospitality training
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)

Responsibilities

• Set dining service to the event order
• Serve plated and buffet courses to standard
• Maintain tableware, water and clearing through service
• Break down and reset the room
