About The Position
Westerfield Club, located in Tuscaloosa, AL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Banquet Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in the service industry
- Flexible Schedule

- Banquet experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
- Relay food and beverage orders (if applicable)
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices, both FOH & BO
- Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectation
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Helping maintain clean and clear tables
- Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person (if applicable)
- Respond urgently and appropriately with any concerns to the Event Manager
- Present in professional appearance and mannerisms
