About The Position
Stein Eriksen Lodge is a premier year-round destination nestled mid-mountain at the acclaimed Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Named after Norwegian Olympic Gold Medal skier Stein Eriksen, the Lodge is known for its authentic European lodge atmosphere. Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly food and beverage service.
- Adjust to the varying needs of each function.
- Discuss with the Banquet Captain the proper room set, place settings, required glassware, buffet set up, bar set up, times of service, and any special requests for the function.
- Buff every piece of silverware, China, glassware, and service ware before it is presented for use by guests.
- Work with other servers as a team to execute the entire function.
- Be alert and attentive, anticipating the needs of guests.
- Return all equipment to the proper storage areas at the end of each function.
