About The Position
The Arbor Day Foundation, a leading conservation organization, is seeking a Banquet Server for its Lied Lodge property. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for serving others in an inspiring environment. The Arbor Day Farm is a 260-acre property where the Foundation's mission comes to life, and the Lied Lodge is a key part of that experience. The Banquet Server will contribute to ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests, particularly during events and conferences.
Requirements
- Great customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to serve others
- Food and beverage service experience
- Ability to clear and set tables, serve plated dinners, respond to requests for beverages, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, performing setup and takedown
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Professional appearance
- Reliable and consistently on time for all shifts
- Ability to work as a team
- Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Serve plated dinners
- Respond to guest requests for beverages
- Clear and set tables
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area
- Perform setup and takedown for banquet events
- Ensure a positive conference dining experience for all guests
