As a banquet server you will meet with the Banquet Manager/Supervisor to discuss set up for the day, you will then set up the banquet room according to the BEO (banquet event order). Requirements

Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
Open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set up the entire banquet room by reviewing the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
Ensure the cleanliness of the room by vacuuming the entire area and confirming the absence of debris on the floor.
The Banquet Server is responsible for the prompt, courteous, and efficient service of food and beverages to all guests during the function.
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
