About The Position
We are seeking Banquet Servers looking to expand their food and beverage knowledge or start a new career. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, guest-focused, team player with a passion for banquet service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the food & beverage industry with knowledge of banquet food service techniques.
- Valid Alberta ProServe Certification.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
- Ability to walk and stand for most parts of the shift.
- Legal permission to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Provide banquet service.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, mornings, and closing shifts.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Provide excellent customer service.
