Set up of Banquet Room and serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to Crescent high standards of quality. This role involves attending roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations. You will greet guests, respond to requests, and serve food and beverages according to instructions to ensure consistency. Prompt removal of dishes, adherence to alcohol serving regulations, and replenishment of beverages are key. Post-banquet, you will reset the room to specifications, ensuring readiness for the next function. Compliance with attendance rules and availability to work regularly are essential, along with performing any other assigned job-related duties.
