Part Time Banquet Server

Requirements
- Minimum of High School education
- Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Team player
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
Nice To Haves
- Food safety certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to the BEO.
- Prepare meeting rooms and banquet spaces before guests arrive.
- Set up food and beverage stations, including buffets, coffee, and water.
- Assist with moving tables, chairs, and equipment for room changes.
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Serve food and beverages according to event instructions.
- Refill food, beverages, and supplies as needed during the event.
- Keep banquet rooms, service areas, and tables clean and organized.
- Break down and clean up the event space after the event.
- Return equipment and supplies to the proper storage areas and report any issues to the Banquet Captain.
