About The Position

Located in the heart of Allentown, we take pride in creating memorable moments for our guests through events, weddings, conferences, and banquets. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Must pass criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a banquet server or in food and beverage service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms, tables, and serving stations according to event orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace during events.
Respond to guest requests and provide a high level of customer service.
Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet areas after events.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Work collaboratively with the banquet and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
