About The Position

The Arbor Day Foundation, a leading conservation organization, is seeking a Banquet Server for its Lied Lodge property. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for serving others in an inspiring environment. The Arbor Day Farm, a 260-acre property, is where the Foundation's mission comes to life, and the Banquet Server will play a key role in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests at events and conferences.

Requirements

• Food and beverage service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve plated dinners.
• Respond to guest requests for beverages.
• Clear and set tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area.
• Perform setup and takedown for banquet events.
• Ensure a positive conference dining experience for all guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and representation of Lied Lodge.
• Consistently be on time for all shifts and reliably complete assigned tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive guest experience.
