The Job As our Banquet Server, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the face of our catering events. We are looking for a new team member to work AM/PM shifts. Minimum 2 years previous food and beverage service experience required.
Highly professional appearance, ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
Possess strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Perform under pressure effectively for extensive periods of time while maintaining professionalism.
Able to work weeknights, weekends and holidays if required by business levels.
Obtain any government required license or certificate, Food Handler’s Permit, TIPS certification.
