Our events team is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Banquet Bartender to deliver outstanding customer service to our special event guests. Working as a Part-Time Banquet Bartender at the Hyatt Regency Aurora Denver Conference Center offers a dynamic and rewarding experience in a high-end hospitality setting. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
  • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guests receive exceptional service throughout the event, from arrival to departure.
  • Attend to the detail and presentation of each order
  • Stock and prepare beverage garnishes
  • Maintain ice, glasses, and other bar supplies
  • Wash glassware and utensils
  • Mix and serve drinks to guests
  • Prepare and maintain ingredients by following recipes
  • Prepare the bar for events
  • Break down after events
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure the entire team complies with proper food handling procedures.
