About The Position

Banquet Servers are responsible for professional food service and guest satisfaction, including serving food and beverages to banquet guests. They help create memorable events and lasting memories for guests, taking personal pride in the details of weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthday parties, baby showers, and other celebrations. The role is part of the Maggiano’s banquet team, which also includes Banquet Sales Managers, Banquet Captains, and Housemen.

• Serve food and beverages at banquet events.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction and memorable celebrations.
