We are seeking a banquet server with a dynamic hospitality driven attitude to join our food & beverage team. Monterey Peninsula Country Club caters to a diverse Membership of more than 1,100 Members. Dining is provided daily in five outlets throughout the Clubhouse, Golf House and two 18-hole golf courses. MPCC will serve over 200,000 covers per year in a la carte and banquets. As a banquet server for Monterey Peninsula Country Club, we will ask you to: Ensure that members and guests receive all food and beverage orders in a timely manner. Describe all menu items including the method of preparation, major ingredients, garnish, and method of presentation for all menu items. Ensure prompt, cordial and accurate service of food and drinks. Ensure that side stations are maintained and organized at all times. Help maximize the number of members served and limit delays in seating members and guests. Assist with room set up and breakdown.
