Requirements
- Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or lift up to 25–50 lbs throughout shifts.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service while professionally setting up, serving, and clearing banquet events.
- Ensure event spaces are prepared to company standards, creating a welcoming and polished experience.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with attention to guest needs.
- Work collaboratively with the banquet and culinary teams to execute seamless events of all sizes.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment throughout each event.
