About The Position

The Banquet Server role involves serving plated and buffet functions at hotels, conference centers, and catered events. Responsibilities include setup, service, clearing, and breakdown of events, working under the guidance of a Banquet Captain and a designated Event Lead. This position is based in Atlanta and serves various locations within Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, and Clayton counties.

Requirements

• 6 or more months of banquet, restaurant or catering service experience, or hospitality training
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)

Responsibilities

• Set dining service to the event order
• Serve plated and buffet courses to standard
• Maintain tableware, water and clearing through service
• Break down and reset the room
