Requirements

  • Proven experience in the food industry or hospitality sector, especially in banquet or catering settings.

Responsibilities

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, linens, glassware, and utensils with precision and care.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring each guest’s needs are met with a positive attitude.
  • Buss tables efficiently during and after events to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Assist in food preparation and plating when necessary, supporting culinary staff to deliver high-quality presentations.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the event, addressing concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
  • Follow all food safety and handling procedures diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Break down banquet setups after events, cleaning and resetting spaces for future use.
