About The Position

The Arbor Day Foundation is a conservation organization that inspires people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees as a solution to global issues. Arbor Day Farm, a 260-acre property, is where their mission comes to life. The Lied Lodge is seeking a Banquet Server to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for serving others in a fast-paced environment. The position requires availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays, and experience in food and beverage service is preferred. The server will be responsible for setting and clearing tables, serving plated dinners, responding to beverage requests, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and performing setup and takedown for events. The role also requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
