Banquet Server - Oak Ridge
About The Position
Calhoun's Oak Ridge Event Center is now hiring a Banquet Server! This is a traveling position primarily based out of our Oak Ridge location. While Oak Ridge will be your home base, this role will also require travel to our other banquet halls and catering sites as needed. At Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants, we work together to create a positive atmosphere while delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, and committed to providing First Class Service. From the moment guests arrive, our Banquet Servers help ensure every event is memorable by anticipating needs and creating an outstanding dining experience.
Requirements
- Team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humor
- Smiles easily and enjoys working with people
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk throughout the entire shift
Nice To Haves
- Previous service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Serving guests
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Supporting fellow team members to ensure seamless service
