About The Position
The Denver Athletic Club is seeking an on-call Banquet Server/Bartender to join their team. This role involves preparing events, adhering to proper food and beverage handling procedures, delivering excellent service to members and guests, inspecting and maintaining the bar before and during shifts, and performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
Requirements
- Banquet experience
- At least one year of bartending experience
- TIPS certification
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Open availability, 7 days per week
- Availability to work on weekends and some holidays
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
Responsibilities
- Preparing events
- Following proper food and beverage handling procedures
- Providing excellent service to members and guests
- Inspecting the bar prior to the shift opening
- Maintaining the bar
- Cleaning up
- Other work assignments requested by your supervisor
