Requirements

• High School Diploma/Equivalent. ABC Certified/TIPS Certified/Serve Safe Manager Certification
• Minimum one (1) years banquet and beverage service experience required.
• Able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business. Able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with working from Banquet Event Orders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and adhere to service specifications as outlined in BEO form.
• Greet and welcome client representative and guests, responding to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Participate in department meetings.
• Participate in set up and break down of all banquet events and facilities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through the meal service.
• Serve and ensure the service of alcoholic beverage in accordance with state, local and company regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality with regard to sensitive department information.
• Ensures accurate and timely delivery of food and beverage to guests.
• Maintain safe and clean environment for guests and employees.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly.
• Able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours.
• Constant bending, reaching, twisting.
