About The Position

Our Banquet Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction including serving food and beverage to banquet Guests. We bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends. The Maggiano's Way means odds are you get us and we want to meet you. We are the Original Originator of casual dining. Brinker International is the name behind good food, good times and great places to work. Maggiano's is our own little slice of Italian American tradition come to life! We host special events and help create special memories, such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays and baby showers. We support the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund. We know we ask a lot of our people. Long days, lots of energetic service, staying upbeat, putting everyone else ahead of ourselves, hoisting heavy plates of Mom's Lasagna! Our Banquet team is committed to making memorable events for our Guests. We have hosted thousands of weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthday parties and baby showers. It's the details that count for the events we host, so we scour the nation looking for someone that will get personally invested in making a difference.
