As a Banquet server, you're responsible for ensuring banquet guests have a flawless dining experience here at the hotel. This includes working as a team to provide great service to guests during the meal, serving plated meals or monitoring buffet meals to ensure fresh food is replenished and any used plates removed, setting up water pitchers or other table settings prior to the meal, lifting and carrying trays with 8-10 meals and serving them to guests, cleaning up during and after the meal, and doing side work, such as rolling silverware and napkins, or cleaning. Other work duties as assigned. Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. The Madison Concourse Hotel is a drug free workplace.
