Banquet-Sales Server
About The Position
The Banquet Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests during banquet events by setting up tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables in a timely and professional manner. This role involves executing all event-related duties with efficiency and attention to detail, including following food safety guidelines, maintaining clean and organized service areas, and operating a point-of-sale system when needed. Servers must uphold high standards of hospitality by being courteous, attentive, and responsive to guest needs while maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Able to obtain alcohol service and Serv-Safe certifications within the first 90 days of employment
- Physically demanding, requiring frequent lifting, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Team players
- Work flexible schedules—including holidays and weekends
- Maintain professionalism in a high-paced, high-volume environment
