About The Position

The Ingleside Hotel and Conference Center is hiring friendly people to work Day shift serving our restaurant and banquet guests. Full-time (30-35 hrs/wk) is available for those with flexibility to work both bar/restaurant and banquet shifts. The role involves providing outstanding guest service at the bar/restaurant, business breakfasts/luncheons, weddings, weekend (Fri-Sun) dinner events, holiday buffets, etc.

Requirements

• Banquet service and/or restaurant experience is required.
• Must have Saturday availability.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Qualified applicants must be able to complete a pre-employment background check.
• Adherence to a drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Properly set dinnerware for banquet tables.
• Serve plated food or buffet style for breakfast meetings, luncheons, weddings, banquets, etc.
• Serve food and drinks to bar/restaurant guests.
• Restock restaurant or banquet buffets.
• Stand for the entire shift.
• Lift and carry trays with 8-10 meals and serve them to guests; clear tables.
