Banquet Manager
About The Position
Starwood Hotels is seeking a seasoned and imaginative Banquet Manager to oversee the front and heart-of-house teams. The Banquet Manager will support each member by actively participating in day-to-day operations, managing guest requests, and setting everyone up for success, from the start of the banquet to the very last goodbye. Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience working in banquets.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Advanced knowledge of banquet operations.
- Strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

- Post-secondary diploma or degree.
