About The Position

As Banquet Lead, you’re responsible for setup, serving, cleanup, and AV support for 6000 sq feet of space for meetings and banquet events as well as planning/coordinating with other F&B leaders, Sales, and management. Significant gratuity included in pay and total pay depends on hours but estimated to be 25-30 hours weekly.

Requirements

  • Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 pounds through a crowded room throughout shift
  • Food Handlers Card Required
  • Be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Previous food and beverage experience

Responsibilities

  • Serving all food courses and beverage items to the guest in accordance with function requirements.
  • Timing the service of courses to correspond with the dining pace of the guests.
  • Providing proper greetings to guests upon their arrival and introducing yourself including your name.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.
  • Performing pre and post shift side work.
  • Clearing tables after service.
