This role is responsible for providing a consistent, well-designed meeting product that focuses on proper meeting table set-ups and the set-up of various configurations according to client instructions. The Banquet Houseperson will review Event Orders and assignment sheets to determine function requirements, ensure all cleaning duties are completed for meeting rooms and assigned areas, and maintain cleanliness standards and excellent condition of equipment and surrounding work areas. This position requires excellent guest service skills, the ability to handle physical demands, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
