About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Banquet House Attendant to join their talented team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to guests by arranging tables and chairs, cleaning, vacuuming, and assisting with the planning and execution of banquet functions. The Banquet House Attendant will be responsible for the set-up and clearing of various items such as china, glass, silver, linen, tables, chairs, and props for events, as well as attending to guest needs and requests.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent experience
Minimum one year food service or related work
Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set-up
Ability to lift up to 70lbs
Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Previous Banquet experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order
Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that they are in good condition
Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans
Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
