About The Position

For Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. Location-840 Hollander St. Newark Oh. 43055. Salary: $45,000 per year plus monetary incentives for meeting sales goals. Position requires availability for 1st and 2nd shift.

Requirements

Have experience in event planning
Have strong organizational skills
Have strong computer skills
Ability to communicate with a cell phone
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Deliver outstanding customer service
Enjoy training staff
Have the ability to stay calm under pressure
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to meet driving standards.
Pass pre-employment background check and drug test including THC
Knowledge of bartending and liquor laws.
SERV Safe Manager Certification. (May be obtained after employment.)

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
Create detailed event proposals.
Supervise and participate in the setup, service, and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Manage lead and motivate staff.
Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events or reservations.
Provide customer service to campground guests.
Ensure events and park follow all health and safety regulations.
Manage campground staff and park operations.
