This role involves operating dishwashing equipment, washing and disinfecting kitchen areas, maintaining personal hygiene and sanitation standards, following food storage and handling standards, and adhering to Ecosure standards. The position also requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment through regular floor maintenance, trash removal, and proper storage of equipment. The employee will safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and assist with table setup and breakdown as needed.
