About The Position

This is a part-time Banquet Cook position responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of all food served, preparing stations for service, managing food supplies, and assisting in cost control. The role requires knowledge of all restaurant stations, menu items, and proper plate presentation. Responsibilities include handling hot and cold food items and fulfilling orders. The position also involves performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable of all stations in the restaurant.
  • Knowledgeable of plate presentation and preparations of all menu items.
  • Ability to refrigerate and serve hot and cold items.
  • Ability to produce orders.

Responsibilities

  • Control quality and consistency of all food served.
  • Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service.
  • Ensure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis.
  • Assist in controlling food cost.
  • Be knowledgeable of all stations in the restaurant.
  • Be knowledgeable of plate presentation and preparations of all menu items.
  • Refrigeration and serving of hot and cold items.
  • Production of orders.
  • Performs other duties as required by supervisor.
