As a Full-Time Banquet Cook, you’ll play a vital role in preparing meals for everything from weddings and conferences to corporate luncheons and social events. You’ll work with a wide variety of menu items and preparation techniques—soups, salads, proteins, vegetables, and beautifully arranged cold trays—and be expected to maintain consistent quality, taste, and appearance for every plate that leaves the kitchen.
