About The Position

Hilton Anaheim is looking for their next Banquet Cook. This is a great opportunity for a culinarian to grow within their hospitality career. The ideal candidate will possess: 2+ years of cooking experience, Experience within bulk cooking required (hotel or catering), Knife skills, Knowledge of cooking proteins at their appropriate temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Cook menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Execute the preparation and presentation of specialty dishes (e.g., sushi or regional cuisine)
• Maintain a strong knowledge of menu offerings and food products
• Visually inspect all prepared dishes before serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
• Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
