Join Our Team as a Banquet Cook Are you passionate about great food, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for a dependable and motivated Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will help prepare and present high-quality food for banquets, events, and food and beverage operations while working alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen environment.

  • The ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Five years of cooking experience preferred; banquet or high-volume production experience is a plus.
  • Food safety certification required or ability to obtain as needed.
  • California RBS certification preferred or required when applicable.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce fresh, high-quality food for banquets, events, and food and beverage service areas.
  • Follow recipes, presentation standards, and guidance from culinary leadership to deliver consistent results.
  • Set up, stock, clean, and organize your station so you are ready for successful service.
  • Partner with kitchen and food and beverage team members to support smooth, timely event execution.
  • Take pride in food presentation, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest and customer needs with a helpful, professional attitude.
  • Use kitchen equipment safely and help maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
  • Support the team with ordering, basic computer tasks, POS system use, and money handling when needed.
