About The Position

The Banquet Cook prepares banquet menu food items according to banquet event orders and established quality standards. The cook receives and understands computer-generated or handwritten food orders and banquet specification sheets, and prepares food to customer specifications and established quality and portion standards. The role also includes maintaining the cleanliness and inventory levels of the work station.

Requirements

• Must be able to receive and understand food orders and banquet specification sheets.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to maneuver 25 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the same or a similar position is preferred.
