The Pfister Hotel is seeking a Part-Time Banquet Coat Check attendant to join their team. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional experiences to guests in a premier luxury hotel environment. Requirements

Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional guest service with a professional, courteous, and welcoming demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced banquet and event environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with guests, associates, and event staff.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business demands.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, carry, and organize guest coats and personal belongings throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Greet banquet and event guests in a friendly, professional manner and efficiently collect, tag, store, and return coats and personal items.
Maintain accurate coat check procedures to ensure all guest belongings are handled securely and returned promptly.
Provide guests with directions and information regarding event locations, hotel amenities, and services as needed.
Monitor and organize the coat check area to maintain cleanliness, safety, and an efficient guest flow throughout events.
Collaborate with banquet staff, event managers, and hotel teams to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
