Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Banquet Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong culinary, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and mentor banquet kitchen staff.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.

  • Maintain high sanitation and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Banquet, Executive Chef, and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
